We've heard it said that the only thing capable of interrupting darkness, is LIGHT. The L.I.T Code's whole existence is based on that fact. We have learned through experience that feeding into and producing thoughts from our dark sides have lead us to the brink of losing control. The path back from that phase of life could only be seen through light!
When we lead with light, we are truly capable of seeing what is going on in front of us. Imagine driving down a country road with no headlights! You are most likely going to crash. The same holds true for our mental states when we are unable to see clearly. We begin to anger easily, we start doubting ourselves, we give up easily and we end up crashing out.
